Another Hire!

Travis Bauer is the latest addition to the Lightning Boy Audio team, officially.  Unofficially, he's been helping in small, but important ways since about 2017 with his 3D CAD work.  I have a lot to owe to Trav.  Most notably for convincing me to get a very expensive stereo-lithographic 3D resin printer.  Trav's professional background is in both subtractive and additive manufacturing, but he's definitely more interested in and more knowledgeable about additive manufacturing.  This year, Trav has been doing a lot of work for me in the 2D realm, which has freed up a ton of time for me.  He's been so busy with LBA work that he finally passed the threshold into part-time employee.  It's difficult for me to think of people more skilled and driven to get the job done right than Trav.    

Trav's growing place with LBA will only mean better things for our company.  I for one am excited to have him as part of our team and I'm looking forward to the day he'll be full time.  I hope that day comes sooner than expected!  Thanks for kickin' ass, Trav!
