1 Year limited warranty on LBA equipment unless otherwise specified. This warranty guarantees your LBA device will not fail during normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Included with your purchase is a warranty card with the exact details of the warranty policy. You can also email if you have any questions about the warranty.
All components, such as but not limited to audio transformers, Dark Yeller preamp opamps, vacuum tubes, and line-lump power adapters do not carry a warranty.

Unless otherwise stated, buyers of LBA equipment have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their goods for a full refund if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping fees. If return shows signs of abuse, or if products are not working properly from neglect or abuse, damaged return fees may apply. If you would like to make a return, please contact via email for a return authorization.
All components, such as, but not limited to audio transformers, Dark Yeller preamp opamps, vacuum tubes, and line-lump power adapters may be returned for a full refund within 30 days, if they arrive damaged. If they test bad, they may be returned for a refund minus the cost of return shipping, but fees or no refund may apply if they have been soldered into a circuit. If the PC pins show signs of being soldered or if the pins are bent, LBA assumes the fault was caused by improper installation, such as bending the PC pins and/or over-heating the PC pins with a soldering iron. Components should always be installed by a qualified electronics specialists.
