Designed to give guitarists, bassists, and keyboardists the warm analog tone of vintage styled audio transformers for their signal chain. The 2020S is a 1:1 ratio transformer, designed to be placed within an instrument signal chain, specifically between FX pedals. The concept is likened to that of pro recording studio gear in that each piece of gear has input and output transformers, which add warm harmonic content to any audio signal passing through. For the first time in history an audio transformer is designed and presented in a compact, pedalboard friendly form factor and made specifically for unbalanced instrument signals. Designed and manufactured in the USA by Lightning Boy Audio.

Now featuring an internal option to convert the 2020S into an isolation transformer.  Snip the wire loop labeled, GND and you'll have an isolation transformer.  Beyond this simple upgrade, the new enclosures and circuit boards provide a better fit and finish than the original 2020S had.  It's the exact same transformer and sound in a better package.
